SESSION FREQUENCY
Consistency is an important part of the therapeutic process, and your scheduled session time is reserved specifically for you. It is my policy that all patients commit to weekly sessions and I do not accept patients who want to come on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Barring any emergency or one-off cancellations, regular sessions are essential because they create the stability and momentum needed for trust to build, insights to develop, and real change to take root. I can only see a limited number of clients each week and when a session is canceled at the last minute, that time goes unfilled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24-hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice—or “no-show” sessions—will be charged the full session fee.
Fees and pAYMENTS
Full, individual sessions are $275 per appointment. Each session lasts 45 minutes and I offer in-person and video call appointments. Currently, I do not offer sliding-scale pricing.
At this time, I do not accept insurance. I accept payments via American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Venmo, Visa, or Zelle. At the end of every month, I will give you a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. The amount you are reimbursed depends on your specific insurance plan.
