ADULTS AND young adults
Being an emerging adult is a time of life marked by profound transitions, questions of identity, and the search for direction. This period often brings both excitement and uncertainty, as individuals navigate relationships, career choices, family dynamics, and a growing sense of independence. In therapy, I offer a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where young adults can reflect on their experiences, make sense of their inner lives, and explore what they want for this important phase of their life.
Executive Functioning (EF) COACHING
In addition to psychotherapy, executive functioning coaching is a distinct part of my practice. This work is structured, goal-oriented, and focused on practical skills. It’s especially valuable for individuals who feel capable but overwhelmed –– they know what they want to do, but struggle with how to get it done. I frequently work with women with ADHD, many of whom are diagnosed later in adulthood. They often carry a deep sense of shame or self-doubt around productivity and focus. Our work together can help untangle those patterns, build tools that actually fit how your brain works, and support you in showing up more fully and confidently in your life.

Women's Issues
During our first session I will get a sense of what issues you are struggling with and what brings you into therapy now. I will also ask about your medical and psychological history as well as any previous therapy.
SUPERVISION FOR EARLY-CAREER CLINICIANS
In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer individual supervision grounded in a psychoanalytic framework, with a focus on helping early-career clinicians develop a strong foundation in theory and case formulation. Together, we will explore clinical material through a relational and reflective lens, integrating theory with your lived experience in the room. We’ll talk about transference, countertransference, unconscious dynamics, and all the “stuck” moments that can feel hard to bring up elsewhere. I want supervision to build on your natural strengths –– your intuition, insight, and emerging style as a therapist - so you can grow with confidence and authenticity.
